About the Role
This position reports to Warehouse Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Perform audits within the freezers for any food safety issues
Maintain organized storage that meets GMP and HACCP standards
Ensure all storage areas are safe for operations including by not limited to operator behaviours, ceilings, floors, fire doors, and staking
Complete accident investigations as required
Complete cycle counts including empty row audits, operator audits, adjust inventory as required, and participate in yearend counts
Oxford Frozen Foods requires all employees to have an active role in organizational sustainability initiatives including,
Correctly divert waste to support Zero Waste initiatives
React to green wastes (wasted energy and water, air leaks, product leaks etc.) by submitting work orders for immediate repair

Ability to work in the cold as needed
Ability to work independently or a part of a team
· Follow all policies and procedures and work in a safe manner
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
Sense of urgency
Computer skills
Detailed oriented
Requirements
Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or Equivalent
Relevant experience would be considered an asset
Knowledge in our ROSS based inventory system would be considered an asset
