About the Role

Oxford Frozen Foods Limited has an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator, located in Oxford, NS. This position would be reporting to the Director of Sales.

This position requires the individual to be a team player with a focus on providing outstanding customer support by addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely manner. You will follow established procedures and processes to enter contract information, enter sales orders and support the daily sales operations.

Desired Qualities and Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and operate effectively and efficiently under pressure

  • Computer proficiency is required in using Word and Excel

  • Experience processing sales orders, using inventory systems, and the ability to complete basic accounting practices

  • Ability to perform under pressure and address customer concerns in a timely manner


  • Post-Secondary Education would be considered an asset

  • Experience in a customer service or administrative related environment would be considered an asset
