About the Role
Oxford Frozen Foods Limited has an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator, located in Oxford, NS. This position would be reporting to the Director of Sales.
This position requires the individual to be a team player with a focus on providing outstanding customer support by addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely manner. You will follow established procedures and processes to enter contract information, enter sales orders and support the daily sales operations.
Desired Qualities and Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and operate effectively and efficiently under pressure
Computer proficiency is required in using Word and Excel
Experience processing sales orders, using inventory systems, and the ability to complete basic accounting practices
Ability to perform under pressure and address customer concerns in a timely manner
Post-Secondary Education would be considered an asset
Experience in a customer service or administrative related environment would be considered an asset
