Shelf-stable, semi moist, sugar infused air dried wild blueberry, ideal for use in cereals, granola bars, dry mixes, and baked goods such as bagels, muffins, breads, cakes, and cookies.

Sweet Blues are prepared from size graded native/wild blueberries which are cleaned, washed, and frozen by IQF method, and then infused, air dried and lightly coated with oil.

1. Sweet Blues are free from foreign material and are processed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
2. The product meets all FDA limits for pesticides

Wild blueberries, high fructose corn syrup, and partially hydrogenated cottonseed and/or soybean oil

Sweet Blues meet requirements for kosher and pareve and bears the OU symbol of certification.

Sweet Blues are packed 25 pounds, in polyethylene lined corrugated cartons, sealed with tape, marked with the product name, net weight, name of packer, and processing date code.
