Wild blueberries; prepared from ripened, cleaned, washed, frozen fruit; canned in water and processed by heat to ensure preservation of the product.  The blueberries shall be prepared, processed, and packed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

TYPES OF BERRIES

USDA Grade A frozen, wild (native) blueberries.

Fruit canned in water. Suitable corrugated shipping cases containing 12 or 24 paper-labeled cans as required.

WEIGHT

 Net Weight:  425 gram minimum. Drained Weight:  Inverted can on #8 U.S. Standard Sieve for 2 minutes:  220 gram target; 208 gram minimum.
