Blue Coats are frozen, reduced-moisture, flour-coated wild blueberries that are ideal for use in bakery applications that require a firm berry with minimal bleeding characteristics.

Blue Coats are prepared from native/wild blueberries which are cleaned, washed and frozen by IQF method, and then sugar infused, frozen, and lightly dusted with unbleached wheat flour.

1. Blue Coats individually quick frozen (IQF) wild blueberries are free from foreign material and are processed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
2. The product meets all FDA limits for pesticides.

Wild blueberries, high fructose corn syrup, and unbleached wheat flour.

KOSHER CERTIFICATION

Blue Coats meet the requirements for Kosher and Pareve and bears the OU symbol of certification.

Blue Coats are packed in 30 pounds in polylined corrugated cartons, sealed with tape, and marked with product name, net weight, name of packer, and processing date code.
