Carrots are prepared from clean, sound, fresh roots of the carrot plant, by washing,
sorting, peeling, trimming, cutting, blanching and freezing individually quick
frozen (IQF). Must meet USDA Grade A classification.
Note: Oxford Frozen Foods is Kosher Certified, complies with the
Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Program (a copy of our HACCP manual
is available upon request), and has an excellent rating from the American
Institute of Baking (A.I.B.)
